The Garden
Outside the cottage and through another stable door, you'll find
- a peaceful lawned garden with gravelled edges
- patio area, table and chairs - perfect for a morning coffee to plan your day..... or crack open a bottle of wine at the end.
The established garden, with its old ash tree, for two years was the nesting place of tawny owl - the familiar low hoot can be heard close to the cottage on clear nights. "John's Bird Table" helps encourage a variety of birdlife, so in the spring you can wake to a wonderful dawn chorus! On sunny summer days buzzards and red kite can be seen and heard circling above the nearby woodland.
You'll find Little Barnfield at the end of a long private drive where there is safe parking for one vehicle at the front of the cottage and safe storage for bikes, golf clubs and fishing equipment.
"Really enjoyed our stay at Little Barnfield it's cosy and welcoming. Watching the antics of the varied birds on your bird table was a delight" {M & J - Warwickshire}
